Zams retains personal and Customer Data only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. 8. AI-Specific Data Handling Practices
As an AI agent orchestration platform, Zams processes Customer Data exclusively for the execution of tasks defined by users, including querying databases, interacting with APIs, and performing enterprise operations. Zams does not repurpose agent-generated outputs or underlying prompts for general training, cross-customer insights, or third-party analytics. Any learning derived for platform improvement is based solely on aggregated and anonymized metadata that cannot reasonably be linked back to identifiable customers or users.
Zams also provides customers with the ability to control context inputs, configure access scopes, and implement approval workflows for agent activity, thereby supporting enterprise-grade privacy and governance requirements.
9. Children’s Privacy
The Services are not intended for individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected personal data from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete such information promptly.
